About Us
Haiyi Hotel Management California, LLC (HAIYI) is based in San Francisco, California, and is a subsidiary of Portland-based company American Pacific International Capital (APIC). The name Haiyi (pronounced "hi-yee") comes from a Chinese combination of HAI (海) meaning “ocean” and YI (逸) meaning “leisure,” and roughly translates to the concept of providing “an ocean of leisure and relaxation.”
Haiyi has five hotels in San Francisco and is currently building a hotel in Shantou, China.
